JV Agreement – Dome Group & InSolare Energy

The Dome Group and InSolare Energy are delighted to announce the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement between the two parties to target Utility-scale and Commercial & Industrial Ground Mounted Solar PV projects across the GCC, Yemen and Iraq.This partnership combines Dome’s local knowledge and experience of the Middle Eastern Solar market with InSolare’s deep specialization in large scale projects in India over the past 15+ years. Together the JV aims to become one of the leading EPC solar solution providers in the region.

The Dome Group, a 100% UAE-owned company established in 1997, expanded into the Solar market in 2015 with the opening of its subsidiary Dome Advanced Electromechanical Works LLC (DAEW).
