Middle East Solar Industry Association (MESIA) Announces New Board of Directors at the Annual General Assembly in Dubai

Dubai, UAE, January 12, 2023 – The Middle East Solar Industry Association (MESIA) is pleased to announce the appointment of several distinguished industry leaders to its board of directors, officially confirmed by the Community Development Authority during the General Assembly on the morning of January 12th. These new members bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will further strengthen MESIA’s position as a key player in promoting sustainable solar energy initiatives across the region.

 

The newly appointed board members include:

Fazle Moyeen, President

Hani Majzoub, Vice-President

Marcelle Combrink, International Development

Moneef Barakat, Marketing and Communications

Christopher Peter Hall, Legal

Khawla Albloushi, Denisa Fainis, and Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Midfa will be returning to the board in their respective functions.

These individuals were elected by MESIA members using an official online voting system.

Mr. Ahmed S. Nada, former President of MESIA, expressed his enthusiasm for the new additions, stating, “We are delighted to welcome these accomplished professionals to MESIA’s board. Their expertise will be instrumental in guiding our organization towards new heights and ensuring that MESIA remains at the forefront of driving solar energy innovation and sustainability in the Middle East”
