MESIA SOLAR AWARDS HONORS INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE AT 12TH EDITION GALA
DUBAI, UAE - December 12, 2023 – The Middle East Solar Industry Association (MESIA) celebrated the 12th edition of its prestigious Solar Awards on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at The Address Marina Hotel, Wane by SoMiya, Dubai. The event, a highlight in the MENA solar industry calendar, showcased outstanding achievements and talent across various sectors.
This year's Solar Awards ceremony marked a significant evolution, featuring an array of new categories, submission criteria, and evaluation processes. The event attracted nearly 250 attendees from the entire solar supply chain and garnered support from industry leaders, including Jinko Solar, Sungrow, Huawei, and Yellow Door Energy. Collaborative endorsements were provided by Solarabic, Global Solar Council, The Association of Renewable Energy and Clean Technology (REA), Utilities Middle East, and World Future Energy Summit.

In a groundbreaking announcement during the event, Minister Aliu and Chief of Staff Beqa shared details of Kosovo's 3-year Energy Investment Pipeline. This initiative presents attractive investment opportunities, including the ongoing auction for a 100 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant.
