JinkoSolar’s Tiger Neo 3.0 Enters Mass Production This Month with 650-670Wp of Power Level

JinkoSolar’s 27% efficiency TOPCon cell is expected to enter mass production in Q3 this year, will complement the just-released Tiger Neo 3.0 650-670Wp panels.

The new Tiger Neo 3.0, based on the third generation of TOPCon cell architecture with 26.7-27% efficiency, will enter mass production since June 2025. It targets mid-to-high-end users and offers a more advanced option to the previous generation of Tiger Neo which has shipped over 180GW in the past two years and become the bestselling single model ever in the PV history.

During SNEC the world’s largest solar PV show held in Shanghai this week, JinkoSolar has been advancing the development and preparing to expand its 650-670Wp Tiger Neo 3.0 production capacity, as a more LCOE cost-effective alternatives to any other models available in the market now, to meet the growing demand for high performance products.

JinkoSolar’s VP Dany Qian said: “The Tiger Neo 3.0 series has many notable market advantages, including but not limited to front side efficiency and power boost up to 650-670Wp, with module efficiency upgraded to over 24.3%-24.8%, 20-30 watt more power than previous Tiger Neo 2.0 and other TOPCon offerings. The front side power and efficiency is on par with the most advanced XBC counterparts, while bifacility of 85%, 10-15% higher than XBC.” According the company’s forecasts, capacity of 640Wp and beyond will reach 40-50 GW by the end of 2025, more than all XBC capacity at this power level combined then
