LONGi Supplies 1 MW PV Plant for Jordan’s Izdehar Carton Factory with New Hi-MO X10 Modules Powered by HPBC 2.0

LONGi has delivered its latest-generation HPBC 2.0-based Hi-MO X10 modules to the 1-megawatt rooftop array now energizing the Izdehar Carton Factory in Jordan, marking one of the first regional roll-outs of the company’s flagship distributed-generation solution.In Jordan, Izdehar Carton Factory is the largest single-site deployments of LONGi’s Hi-MO X10 technology to date. Installed by LONGi’s authorized distributor Magic Energy, the array comprises more than 1,500 panels totaling 1 MW and spans 10 donums (approx. 1 hectare) on the factory’s roof in Muqqar, Jordan.

Hi-MO X10, purpose-built for distributed applications, redefines performance in five key areas: power, efficiency, reliability, safety, and aesthetics.

• Maximum generation: Mass-produced at up to 670 W and 24.8 % efficiency, each module outperforms mainstream TOPCon equivalents of the same footprint by more than 30 W, unlocking greater rooftop potential and boosting owner returns.

• Resilient core: Built on Tai-Ray wafer, the modules exhibit tighter resistivity distribution, stronger gettering capability, and higher mechanical strength, cutting mismatch risk and ensuring long-term robustness.

• Hot-spot-free safety: A patented cell-level bypass architecture limits power loss under partial shading and reduces local hotspot temperatures by over 28 %, eliminating hot-spot hazards and safeguarding rooftop operations.

• Minimalist design: Embracing a “less-is-more” philosophy, the module’s 0-busbar front and rear surfaces deliver a seamless, all-black aesthetic that blends high efficiency with architectural elegance.

LONGi and Magic Energy will roll out the same “solar-plus-manufacturing” model across Jordan’s food, textile and chemical sectors, turning every rooftop into a bright dot on the Middle East’s zero-carbon map.
