LONGi Unveils Hi-MO X10 Anti-Dust Pro: Integrating Nano-Coating and HPBC 2.0 for Unrivaled Desert Performance

Unveiled at the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2026 in Abu Dhabi UAE, the module introduces a dual-action defense against soiling: combining a patented structural frame design with an advanced hydrophilic nano-coating to maximize energy yield in high-dust environments.  

The “SmartClean” Advantage: Nano-Coating Meets Engineering

The Hi-MO X10 Anti-Dust Pro is the first of its kind to address the “soiling penalty” from two fronts:

Molecular Defense (Nano-Coating): The glass surface is treated with a specialized, durable hydrophilic nano-coating. This coating lowers the surface energy of the glass, preventing fine desert sand and organic pollutants from adhering to the module. It ensures that even light moisture or morning dew can effectively carry away particles that would otherwise require manual scrubbing.

Structural Defense (Short-Edge Frame): By eliminating the “A-surface” (the lip) on the short edge, the module allows accumulated dust to be flushed away by gravity and rainwater, preventing the “mud-ribbon” effect that typically causes shading-related power loss.  

Together, these technologies provide an average energy gain of 2.04%, with peak performance boosts of up to 6% in high-soiling scenarios.

Beyond its self-cleaning capabilities, the Hi-MO X10 is powered by LONGi’s next-generation HPBC 2.0 (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) technology. By moving all electrical contacts to the rear, the module offers a sleek, 0BB (Zero Busbar) front surface that maximizes light absorption and reaches a mass-production efficiency of 24.8%.
