Stuart King, Good Practice Manager – Human Performance and Power Systems, Energy Institute Following an MA in Social Anthropology, I became involved in human and organisational factors through coordinating the EI Hearts and Minds safety culture toolkit activities at the Energy Institute. I am the secretary of the EI Human and Organisational Factors Committee (HOFCOM), the Power Systems Committee (PSC) (along with its working groups – the Energy Storage Working Group and Solar Projects Working Group), and the Learning From Incidents Steering Committee.

Within the EI Good Practice team, I project manage and act as editor of the EI’s output related to:
