The industry is moving beyond individual product competition toward integrated, scenario-based value creation, where customers and partners are looking at high-efficiency PV, energy storage, smart tracking, AI digital platforms, and full-scenario solutions as part of one connected energy ecosystem.

Another important trend was the growing importance of Net-Zero Future and Scenario-Based Solutions. At the stand, there was strong focus on how solar, storage, grid-forming technologies, smart control systems, and digital platforms can support the development of new power systems. This was reflected in the attention around Grid-Forming Energy Storage Solutions, the “Super Base” for the New Energy System, and solutions that help new energy play a greater role in future power systems.

We also saw strong momentum around digitalization and intelligence. Technologies such as Tiangong Smart Cloud (AI Digital Platform), positioned as a Smart Brain, demonstrated how AI and digital empowerment can support energy generation, storage, smart control, operation, and scenario-based management. This aligns with the growing industry focus on AI Smart Control Systems, Embodied AI Applications, intelligent O&M, and smarter energy management across multiple scenarios.

Finally, Brand Influence and sustainability leadership remained important themes. The discussion at SNEC showed that the future of the solar industry will not only be defined by higher power and efficiency, but also by reliable delivery, digital capabilities, global trust, and the ability to provide integrated smart energy solutions that support a more intelligent and net-zero future.

  1. How do the innovations showcased by Trinasolar at SNEC PV connect with the needs of solar markets across the Middle East and Africa?

The Middle East and Africa are among the most dynamic solar markets globally, but they also require solutions adapted to highly demanding conditions. High irradiation, desert environments, extreme temperatures, dust, land constraints, grid limitations, and the growing need for dispatchable renewable energy all shape the region’s requirements.

The innovations showcased by Trinasolar at SNEC PV directly connect with these needs. High-efficiency Vertex N and Vertex 3.0 modules support higher energy yield and stronger project economics for utility-scale and C&I developers, particularly in high-temperature and high-irradiation markets.

Advanced Vanguard tracking solutions, combined with AI Smart Control Systems and digital platforms, can help optimize power generation, asset performance, and O&M across large-scale solar plants operating in complex environments.

Energy storage is also becoming increasingly important for MEA markets as solar capacity continues to scale. Grid-Forming Energy Storage Solutions can support grid stability, flexibility, and renewable energy integration, helping new energy play a greater role in future power systems.

For the Middle East and Africa, the future is not only about deploying more solar capacity. It is about deploying smarter, more resilient, and more bankable energy systems. This is where Trinasolar’s integrated portfolio across PV, storage, trackers, smart control, and digital platforms can add real value.

  1. As demand grows for high-performance PV, storage integration, and reliable project delivery, how is Trinasolar supporting utility-scale and C&I solar development in the MENA region?

Trinasolar supports the MEA region through a combination of global technology leadership, localized market understanding, and integrated solution capabilities across high-performance PV modules, energy storage systems, intelligent solar tracking, smart control systems, and digital platforms.

For utility-scale projects, our focus is on bankable, high-performance solutions that help developers, EPCs, utilities, and investors improve energy yield, reduce lifecycle costs, and enhance long-term project reliability. This is reflected in the official launch of our Vertex N G3 and Vertex S+ G3 modules, powered by Trinasolar’s patented n-type i-TOPCon Ultra technology.

The Vertex N G3 flagship module delivers up to 760W and efficiency of up to 24.5%, while a configuration optimized for 1P tracker systems delivers up to 670W and 24.8% efficiency, supporting large-scale deployments with higher string power and reduced system costs. For C&I and residential applications, the Vertex S+ G3 delivers up to 485W and 24.3% efficiency, with a clean design and long-term reliability backed by a 30-year power guarantee.

Beyond modules, Trinasolar is supporting MEA’s growing demand for integrated energy systems through complementary storage and tracking solutions, including the TrinaStorage Elementa + Electra fully integrated 13.8MW / 25MWh SuperBlock BESS solution and the TrinaTracker Vanguard 1P Terrain+, designed to maximize energy yield across complex terrain.
